Payment
Full payment required at time of order. We accept payment by all major credit cards.
Prices
Every effort is made to keep prices firm, but we reserve the right to vary them without notice. All prices are quoted with VAT (with exception of Football Foundation products) which will be added at the appropriate rate. Shipping costs quoted are for most mainland UK addresses (see delivery charges below).
New Accounts
Please Fax, Email or post your order/requisition to enable us to set up a credit account.
When applying to open an account, please supply the following information. Name, address, club/organisation, telephone number, fax number and email address.
In some cases payment with order will be required before delivery.
Delivery Times
Normal delivery time for small items is 3-4 working days.
Large items (goal posts etc) are usually delivered within 21 working days.
Next day delivery is available on some stock items; please enquire with the sales office when you place your order.
Please Note - Goods must be signed for on receipt.
Liability - Please note that Mark Harrod Ltd cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.
Delivery Charges
Carriage will be charged on all orders at cost. If you are placing a large or bulky order, please call our sales team on 01502 710039 to arrange delivery and carriage.
Delivery Conditions: Shipping costs quoted are for most mainland UK addresses. Delivery to the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may incur an extra charge depending on the goods ordered. Where an extra charge does apply, we will contact you with a separate quote for your area.

Non Delivery/Damage
In the case of missing or damaged items we must be contacted within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
Non delivery to be notified within 10 days from the date of invoice.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the goods to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund at the price you paid.
Original delivery and any return costs will still be payable by the customer.
Refunds will be made in the same manner of the original payment up to 5 working days after receipt of the return.
All returns must be approved by Mark Harrod Limited prior to return or your request for Mark Harrod Ltd to arrange collection of said goods.
If Mark Harrod Ltd has made an error we will pay the return costs of the goods if you have returned them to us. We will check all goods returned from you as defective of damaged, if we find no fault we reserve the right to recharge you for the items and to recover our expenses from you.
Special Order Lines
With special orders or where goods have been made to a customers specification we must reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds and the deduction of a handling charge will be made at our discretion.
Ownership
Goods remain the property of Mark Harrod Ltd until full payment has been received. Risk passes to the purchaser on delivery.
Mark Harrod Ltd continually strives to improve and update its product range and reserves the right to change specifications and prices without prior notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information, however, Mark Harrod Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions.
