COVID-19 update

Dear Customer

We fully understand that during the threat and disruption of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak that sports equipment is not a high priority, but during this difficult time we feel it is still important to stay in touch.

Whilst we continue to operate as close to normal as possible we understand the need to prioritise the safety of our colleagues, customers and the public and we will ensure that we operate in a manner to help protect everybody.

Here at Mark Harrod Ltd we continue to monitor all government advice as well as information from relevant health organisations and will ensure our service runs within all guidelines that apply to our business practices.

We are making the following efforts to minimise the risk of infection:

Some of our workforce has been asked to work from home and we are ensuring we have a flexible approach to this.

If we discover any of our team are showing symptoms of the virus we will ensure they are isolated from colleagues, customers and the public immediately.

We are asking our team to keep away from high risk areas, in their own time as much as possible.

Whilst we remain open, the way we do our business may be affected. We pride ourselves on the excellent service we provide but we anticipate that some enquiries and deliveries may take a little longer than usual.
