Something that hasn’t changed is our commitment to quality products and outstanding customer service:
The head office is located in a purpose built unit near Beccles in Suffolk. All Administration work is carried out here. The unit has space to stock and distribute a large range of products. We are busy with a new integrated stock management system so we will be better prepared for our busy periods, this will contribute to us keeping within our lead times.

We have continued our investment in UK manufacturing and are now producing nets at our premises in Beccles, Suffolk. This means that we are able to provide our customers with a whole range of bespoke netting options.

All of our manufacturing in the UK is carried out to the highest standard at our factory in Stafford. Being based in the Midlands means we are ideally situated for ease of access to all major routes enabling efficient distribution throughout the UK. The factory manufacture and stock a large range of our fast moving lines helping us to achieve a fast turnaround on orders.

We operate our own fleet of vehicles which allows us to deliver the longer length products ourselves, ensuring quality from start to finish. We have recently increased the number of vehicles in our fleet improving delivery times throughout the UK. Our delivery drivers carry mobile phones and are able to contact customers to arrange a timed delivery.

Safety is our highest priority so all equipment (where applicable) conforms to the latest British and European Standards, for example all football goals have been independently tested to conform to BSEN 748 or BS8462:2012. Copies of test certificates are now available on request.
Our commitment to safety doesn’t stop once your product has been delivered which is why we now offer servicing and maintenance contracts ensuring your equipment remains safe and in the process prolonging the life of your products

Mark has been in the sports manufacturing industry for over 35 years and has been at the very forefront of innovation and design throughout. This year we are proud to introduce our new roller goal. With its excellent movability and a completely redesigned rear roller this goal is perfect for any synthetic pitch.

The company was honoured to supply the London 2012 Olympics, and it has been confirmed by the British Olympic association that Mark Harrod Ltd was ‘Supplier of official’s shelters (football) to the London 2012 Games’.

We are proud of our continued involvement at the grassroots level of the game and sponsor a number of County FA youth cups, as well as sponsoring the Suffolk FA ‘Groundsman of the year’ award. We are continuing to work closely with the County Football Associations to help clubs with discounted prices, and are an approved supplier to the Football Foundation.
