Star Sixes goals go to England Amputee Football

EAFA would like to say a HUGE thank you to Mark Harrod Ltd for this incredible generosity in donating their Star Sixes 9v9 goals to the charity.

The charity partnered up with Mark Harrod Ltd in 2018 ahead of the WAFF World Cup, where Darren and the team generously donated a state of the art set of 9v9 goals which could be used for International competitions or training weekends. The goals support England in their preparation and build-up which was evidenced in their victory at the Amp Futbol Cup in 2018 along with a sixth place finish at the WAFF World Cup in Mexico.

Most recently, Mark Harrod Ltd agreed to donate another state of the art set of goals to EAFA in order to support the England teams further during their tournaments and training at Reaseheath College. The goals are not only top of the range, they have been used by some of the biggest stars in World football at the Sky Sports Star Sixes tournament earlier this year with the likes of; Robert Pires, Jay Jay Okocha, Michael Owen and EAFA Ambassador, Owen Coyle Senior.

EAFA Head Coach, Owen Coyle Junior said; “We are extremely grateful and thankful to Mark Harrod Ltd for their charitable donation. It’s imperative we (EAFA) train at our maximum with the best possible staff, players, and facilities available to ourselves with our limited resources. We are very lucky to have the quality in those areas in abundance, an example of that is our outstanding partnership with Reasheath College. With the enormous support of Mark Harrod Ltd they have ensured our equipment can equally be at that quality-mark which will help the England teams reach their full potential in the coming years.”

Once again, thanks to Darren, Paddy and the team from Mark Harrod Ltd and we look forward to continuing our partnership
